A. Stealth in Metal Gear is used to quickly get from point A to point B. If your discovered, you need to fight.
Stealth in Oblivion is used to steal items, sneak passed guards. The main point in Oblivion is that you can't always use stealth, you do need to fight.

A. in oblivion stealth is more optional in metal gear its a bigger factor and will help you more in the long run

A. in the screensavers, write down all the letters that are in a different font. if you look at it backwards, it spells swordfish. For the instant action games, im not sure, but i have a hunch its cyber something. Hope this helps. please vote me as best answer please :)
