Why is ps3 massive action game not rated m?

Q. Why is massive action game not rated m I hear a least 4 f bombs, 1 m f bomb, 2 b words, 3 s word, and little of the d word and h word and it says teen for blood mild language violence. There's no mild language in the game there strong language.

A. That's pretty mild language, if you double all of those then maybe it would be strong language. But They can't rate a game M because of the language, if the game was a lot more violent, then yes, it would be M.

What are Some Relatively New Good XBOX 360 Action Games?

Q. Wanted to get my brother a new game for XBOX 360 for his bday. He mainly plays action games, war games, etc. Anything out there that is relatively new (except for the Call of Duty games and the Call of Juarez game) that is a good action game that you would recommend?
